Sorry to hear you had problems trying to play Liberty Unleashed.
We do not support or condone the use of illegal copies of GTA3. I'd suggest you buy the game from a retailer (they still stock it in places). Unfortunately we can not ship or link to a nocd crack for the game, especially if you do not own it.
You could look into purchasing the game on steam, unfortunately you still require a nocd since they changed the version around a month before LUs release. We are working on solving this though.
