Help with V1.1

Ok as far as I understand you can't use LU without V1.1 of GTA right?
I don't play my gta off a disc so I can't update my gta...
So is it possible for me to update my GTA game without a disc and if so, then how?

Different .exe
If you are using the No-CD .exe LEGALLY, then get a 1.1 No-CD .exe

Please don't discuss piracy on these forums. It's illegal for a reason. There's no reason to put this mod's legality and coders at risk for your own illegal amusement. If you have issues with your illegal copy, buy the game or go somewhere else.
