Imho it will be very useful for clan wars.

First of all, you need a SMG weapon, type /wep 3, now you can drive by..

Drive - By's only work if your opponent is wielding a gun other than the m16 or AK. M16 you have a good chance at dieing if the opponent is a lead aim-er. AK-47 on the other hand you need to be really smart of where you are going to hit him, otherwise you may have only half - killed him while your car has exploded...
