In server.conf I have default sync:

sync_min_interval 250
sync_full_interval 25}

/\ these settings are similar to MTA xD so my question is how to set sync_* just like on official server?

I think those settings are the same as the official server, and don't need real changing

These are the ones from the official server.

sync_radius 500
sync_min_interval 250
sync_full_interval 30

The full interval is set to 30ms because while 25ms causes slightly smoother sync, it also uses quite a lot more bandwidth.

These settings should only really be changed if you have a lot of BW to spare and want slightly smoother sync, your running a LAN server, or your running a low bandwidth server so you want to squeeze more slots out of it.
