I saw how SYSTEM was cheating...he used speed hack and flyed...wtf  ???
for example he flyed on the traffic light

After opening the Lusetup.msi it says, that first I should remove LU from my PC. Yes VRocker, you need another installer :).

@ Claude: I banned SYSTEM a few minutes ago for armour hacks.
@ NC: Just be glad it's only a temporary installer. :P
