Hello i am new here i just want to know.

I have instaled GTA III and this Multi Theft Auto client and just wondering is there posibility to play Liberty Unleashed......and is it Role Play Server or what??

This has nothing to do with Multi Theft Auto, it's a seperate mod for the Grand Theft Auto game. And like I just said, it's a mod, not a server of any kind.

Yes, in fact allowing/disallowing mods is up to the server owner and their anticheat settings. That means you can host a server for example for any GTA 3 total conversion mod and force the clients to use the same files.
