Is it safe to purchase to upload my server or will i not get any help due to vrocker is not active?

I'm semi-active. As for 'help' i've never really given any help unless there are issues with the server itself. I don't give scripting help.
But yes, i am around to setup any servers that are purchased but it can take up to 24 hours

sorry was not intended in a wrong way i just never really see you around Vrocker.
 id just like support on what comes with your hosting part. am i able to use it to upload my own personal work/server. i don't have a router im using pda net (wifi usb tether for android ) i would like to upload my server for suggestions. but if its not what its for that is fine. i can upload in a year. id just like suggestions and ideas for my server. .
Once again i appologize for sounding the way i did.

(there's not much support on liberty unleashed anymore. i would like to also ask off topic i have an account that i can't access due to my email is locked it's an old email. is there anyway the profile can be rested or deleted. itll cost me 200 to get my email back. it is not worth it lol)
