Searching developer

Hi guys
Im creating a LU server only I search developers for my server
What I need:
- Jobs system
- Ammunation
- Command /givecash
- Command /pm
- Command /q (Quit)
- Command /kill
- Custom auto message system
- Custom login system

Who can help my with this?
I can pay the developer(s) Money for this..
I fix the server

most of those scripts can be found in lu forum expect job system i supose
