Simple question., what ports do I have to forward on my router for LU windows server to work properly?

I'm having such a hard time. GTA3CNR used to work like a charm, but now i can't reopen it. I tried setting the Listen IP as my own IP, 192.168.0.2/1/5, various listen ports.... but it keeps saying Waiting for server data... I guess i'm screwed ;_;

Hmm I saw it on there a few days ago... IDK dude. Do you have teamviewer  skype or remote desktop? maybe i can help idk

Actually I think he was asking a question about his server and he edited it to say "moved to support forum". I forget what he was asking though
