Well, it's not in the Internet server list when i open the server.exe, and also there is no CNR scripts in there. But, i promise the final product will be fun! Cops, FBI, army, CIA, etc.

You can PM me for the Server IP and see if its possible to connect.

Ok, but first I've to fix my errors...
My to do list:

1. Fly the Police/Escape Helicopter.
2. Play on MetalLuigi77's Cops and Robbers server.

This isn't something that can be done as quickly as you think.

In other words, not going to happen.
Although difficult, not as hard as one would expect. It would just be a matter of getting the correct addresses and translating the SCM over to a code injection. Obviously you would need to leave out things such as pre-defined vehicle spawns and the like, but it could easily be paired up with Maxorator's vehicle loader if VRocker wanted to get it running under GTA III.

It is treated similar to the El Train in GTA III, which is an object with vehicle characteristics. In earlier builds of GTA3:MTA and LU with the El Train enabled, we were able to also make the El Train honk another vehicle's horn using a bug while a player was "driving" it. That being said, however, the El Train is viewed as an object by the game, just as the helicopter is. This makes it extremely buggy, as it also contains vehicle code that conflicts with how the player's controls are programmed. Theoretically you could change this using LU, just as that mod did, but it would be extremely difficult and time-consuming.
