Is it Possible to have Citizens/Cops etc. On your Server?

Hi. I got Liberty Unleashed with the idea to play with some friends on a small server. I was hoping I would be able to enable CPU Citizens and Cops; just like in the Single player game. I can't find the option...is it possible, or am I out of luck?

Actually, it is possible, although you will need to create the script yourself though.

Unfortunately you can't until NPC's become available in the next version. It will be possible then, however.
